A good crepe pan for induction ranges
I use this crepe pan on induction and it works well. The non-stick attributes of the pan are good, as are most coated pans these days, and as most pans do, over the years they gradually start to stick more.Crepes and omelets are our most common use for this pan, and basic grilled sandwiches and one-person breakfasts come in second. The compact size is great for this.It's solidly made and washes up easily. We've learned a long time ago that dishwashers are hard on non-stick pans, so we always hand-wash pans like this.
