This pan is nicely nonstick (if you really burn something you may need to soak it). It's lightweight, and well balanced, and easy to use.When the pan is used on an induction cooktop the middle of the pan bows upward a bit. This is because the induction plate on the bottom is about half an inch inward from the edge, so the outer edge and rim don't heat up (and don't expand). On this smaller pan the amount of bow is tolerable, though I also have the bigger version of this pan, and that one has a much larger margin, and basically turns into an upside-down wok.
