Review on Mokpi'S Nonstick Crepe Pan For Perfect Pancakes And Omelets - Ideal For Camping And Kitchen Use (8-Inch, Pink) by Michelle Carey

Perfect for crepe - my new review

I got the copper color one. The non stick surface is the same as the Gotham copper non stick set I got from Costco. Good heat distribution. No obvious cold or hot spot.Nothing sticks now since this is new. We will see after a few months of use and I will update its durability (if I remember). If its quality is the same as Gotham, then I don't expect it to last too long. I have already ruined one Gotham pan that I used 1 to 3 times a week after a year. The edge is shallow. Good for making crepes but you can use it for frying anything that does not need a lot of oil or has a lot of liquid because it is very shallow. I have been using it to fry burgers and toast bread and burger/hot dog buns. The only instructions that came with the package is on the back in Chinese. Needless to say, this is made in China. I can read Chinese so I can tell you that there is nothing you don't expect from a traditional non stick pan. Just treat it gently, no abuse allowed.Ok for gas, electric or induction stove. Not for oven or microwave. No heating it empty and dry. No metal utensils, no corrosive or harsh cleaner.Don't steam it for cooking or cleaning. No abrasive scrubbing.Don't soak it for a long time.Avoid cooking acidic food with it.This is well made. Good quality considering the price of the product.
