Mine arrived with just a suction cup. The instructions say that if you have any problems, write to them via email. So I did. I got a reply the same day and they sent me 2 replacement suction cups. The heater works great, I have the 100 watt version. I use it to heat honey to 101F. Honey is in sealed 5 liter buckets. I placed the buckets in a 30 gallon container of water. I added a heater plus a pump to circulate the water. The heater and pump will turn on at 100F and turn off automatically at 101F. This is an excellent system for de-crystallizing honey without heating it to a temperature where the enzymes are destroyed.
