I've never had such a bad experience with a relaxer in my life, I'm lucky I'm not bald. I lost and broke as much hair as a handful and what I caught was clogging the bathtub drain and not even clearing it. My husband had to use a screwdriver and he pulled out a clump of hair several times. I'm lucky I'm not bald. My hair was so damaged even after a ton of conditioner that I couldn't brush it because it would break and get caught in my comb. I washed the shampoo about 6 times to completely get rid of the relaxant so this is a downside to the product. Followed all instructions. I do not recommend this product.
