I like how easy it was to set up our CRM system. We were able to upload customer information into the software in less than 10 minutes. The support team was very helpful with getting us started. It took longer than expected to get everything setup correctly. When we first installed it there were some issues but they worked quickly to resolve them. Our customers have been very happy with the ease of use and reporting functions. They are now using more often and providing feedback which helps us improve our product.
