Great customer service and knowledge base during development

The team at CIMS were professional, friendly & knowledgeable about our business processes which made them an easy choice to work with in this project! I would highly recommend working through their services for your CRM implementation needs as they have been able to help us achieve what we needed without any major issues or complications along the way. Excellent experience and professionalism

The team at Cheshire have been fantastic to work with, they are very good communicators who get things done quickly but also listen well when given direction! They took great time in understanding our requirements which is essential for any project of this size (we're talking 20+ people). Excellent technical assistance and excellent after sale services

The customer service is exceptional, they are always willing to help you if there's anything that needs improvement or clarification regarding their product in any way! I have never encountered an issue with them being unable/unwilling to work out something for me when it comes down to pricing (as opposed to simply giving no price at all). It would be great if we could use more than one sales rep per account but as long as someone from our team can be assigned then this isn't really much of a…
