Easy replacement for Lighting & Studio
It was an old crappy pl2 fluorescent socket Easy replacement 8-10 minutes. Without tools1. Remove the center lamp cover 2. Loosen the center nut that holds the reflector. (The edge/border is held by this)3. Disable/uncheck Reverse Steps to install. An A19 bulb will fit, but an A15 bulb will fit better. I inserted A19. There is 1 tab that I slid to the side and I bent the socket down so the bulb doesn't touch the lock nut.
