In my personal experience, this is a great product. I used them for a corporate culinary team building event and even professional sushi chefs were impressed with the quality. expensive carpets with narrow. tubular bamboo. As a bonus (at least on the mats I've received) the gaps between the slats are slightly wider, making them a lot easier to clean. I recommend washing and drying before first use. Highly recommended!
