Owner of three of these chairs. Bought for myself and two family members. So every time the assembly of this miracle is just a nightmare. The bolts screw on the upholstery. The seat and back cannot be aligned evenly in relation to each other. Two chairs were assembled by two, three, fellers. One, lo and behold, gathered in one face. Broken threads in several places. Two chairs do not creak, but one creaks terribly. All three chairs are missing either washers or plugs. On the last chair there was not a single plug at all and they put in details that were not in the instructions. As a result, from a two-month correspondence through the store with the manufacturer, I realized that people answering there do not know exactly what they put in the box with the chair, and based on their own instructions, they did not even understand that they did not report.
