Many advantages: The factory provides sharpening of a high quality. Good steel, which is similar to that used in other knives. Regarding the cost, this is an outstanding deal for the money. Has some drawbacks: I was under the impression that the blades would be thicker, but this isn't a deal breaker because they don't appear to move around when in use.
