I love my giant Ninja Airfryer. It's a roast, the floors and fryer are cold, not to mention the grates. Now your kitchen utensils and baking pans are easy to clean and fit snugly in the fryer. The best thing about YouTube was putting parchment paper under the food, but only after the machine had preheated, otherwise the paper would fly on it with no food on it. Simple Simple now for every cleaning. I love this whole deep fryer baking kit and the tongs are the best!
