InformaOne - Great staff, even better products

The flexibility of using this platform in multiple markets was one thing I enjoyed most about working with them at my previous position (at least that's how it felt when we were doing work together). Their customer service team really helped me understand what they could do to help us meet our own requirements as well! They also have some great resources available online which can be helpful if you need more information than their product will provide or cannot find answers from within your account manager/team member there. We used Infomone primarily so people outside US timezones would not get left out during business hours while being able to use all functionality including email support etc over night times without having any issues. While solving problems like these did make things easier overall - sometimes those benefits weren't always realized until after implementation had been completed. It does depend somewhat on whom you speak too but generally speaking good experience.
