Works great! The key fob does not work on the door lock even if it is next to it. Makes repeat attacks impossible. This is how it works. The key fob you carry with you only emits a radio signal when you are close to the vehicle. Then the signal is too weak. But someone with a radio could chase you out of your car. When they sit next to you, their relay radio (the size of a briefcase) makes the car think the key fob is right next to it. So you can just open your car and drive away. But with a key fob in your pocket, the signal is completely blocked. There is no radio signal that can be sent to your car. Attack foiled! Some automakers refrain from using key fobs because of this type of auto theft. But if you use a bag (and be sure to put your keychain in it), they can't perform such an attack. Problem solved!
