I am very picky about my hair and the products I use on it. My hair is very thick and often doesn't hold up well with creamy hair gels. This becomes a problem as I don't like the shine that lipsticks give. I tried that with this; Here's my experience: Things I like: - The fixation of this gel is like no other I've used. I've tried Crew Fiber, Dove and a ton of other brands and can honestly say none of them even compare. This material lasts me all day with minimal adjustment. This product gives very minimal shine. I personally don't like shiny hair; However, this product is really not very shiny. People often wonder if I have product on my hair. At 5.3 oz I have been using the product for several months now and will have many more to come. Generally I see myself with a container for 6 to 8 months. It provides enough "play" to transform hair throughout the day. This is a must for me as the wind will inevitably blow your hair no matter what product you use. Things that need improvement, I really can't find anything. If you are looking for a hair product for thick hair that stays put, I recommend you give it a try! It gives me enough volume and is by far the best hair product I've ever used. I've bought a few and will buy more as the need arises.
