This is a limitation at best and NOTHING IN THE NEAR THE SEAT HARNESS This is a very short leash that attaches directly to your dog's harness or collar at the harness mount near your waist Any sharp turn, hard stop or fall and your dog will turn into a paddle ball So damn stupid.
