I bought this shoe on purpose because it is considered one of the best shoes for people with metatarsal and second toe problems and works well with my orthotics so order a full size up if using insoles and half a size up . always in sneakers! Enjoy

- Very comfortable but the side material frays easily on the little toes and doesn't feel loose.
