This is a good product at a reasonable price. I recently used a Schick Quatro bikini trimmer that doesn't even compare to this one. I bought it for the bikini line and use it, it works well. Of course, don't expect it to be like waxing or shaving, but it trims everything to make it more manageable when waxing/shaving. I've tried it on my feet with poor results, so don't expect to use it for that. Extension"face" not tried. As other reviews say, make sure your hair isn't wet! I forgot about it once and it really pulled my hair out and caused me to bleed. All other times it worked fine. I like that it's rechargeable. It's also quite small, so it's very easy to hide. I haven't used it in the shower so can't comment on how it works there. All in all I'm satisfied and it does the job I bought it for.
