Best use the app that really matters. My husband is getting used to it, he's trying to change his sleep pattern and it's not easy. That being said, he mistimed the time and didn't realize it, so the alarm went off at 3am and woke me up very effectively. I heard the birds, I was confused by the drawing of the song because that wasn't what I used to hear from our windows, I lifted my eye patch and saw full sunlight. There was a wow moment, I overslept, got up and after a moment of confusion I realized it was actually 3am but the bedroom was lit like morning. Very impressive!
