update 03/03/20, it worked great while it lasted. The little red pieces holding the iron away from the skin to prevent burning began to break off one by one. Pretty expensive for just under 3 months. And the rear window is closed on 1/21/20, see pic. With thick, long facial hair/beard I was skeptical to say the least. But after a month or so I can't believe I didn't get it sooner. Does a great job, it takes a little practice to get the right temperature for exactly your specific beard needs ie length, fullness etc. Once you lower the temperature the rest is cake. It takes a little time to charge, but I can usually do it 3-4 times (temp @ 347) on a single charge. You can do this before using a beard straightener. Convenience - portable, excellent instructions, no cord, can be used with beard oil. Cons - loading time (but this is not really a minus)
