I just received and installed an internal Lexar 128GB. I use it as an external file drive for my Chromebox and after formatting it works really well. I also have a 120GB PNY drive and they both appear to be made the same way. As for speed, I don't know. All I know is that it seems fast and I can put my files and music on it very easily. I plugged it into a USB hub with an on/off switch and plan to only use it to boot when needed, otherwise it's disabled most of the time. So far I'm happy with it and it seems like it's worth it for an SSD. Didn't get paid or given to me for free as you see other fake reviews. If I were to put an SSD in my laptop I would buy a Samsung EVO because it's one of the best, but I only use this Lexar as an external drive so it suits me.
