Review on 🧡 Arabeska Cross Stitch Scroll Frame Set: Beech Hardwood, Plastic Clamps, Different Sizes (S/L) – Large by Angela Rodriguez

Easy to use clips also with RA

I've tried all kinds of frames, from subframes and spiral frames, from split guides, to sewing strips of twill tape onto the poles, to velcro (which is great, but expensive to buy velcro). These work great. I've had several different projects and found it easy to assemble, easy to center the project, and clamps easy to install and remove - place the clamps in line with the rod to ensure the center clamp is centered to allow room for leaving the clamps on both sides. (Place the middle clip and then both sides until they're all on the project.) Easy to find line on Aida and easy to place for the project to roll to the design to keep its backside clean! Don't like split rails as the project slips and often doesn't tighten the rods well - too much play between the rods and the mounting hole. I've always preferred twill, even though I had to ask my husband to help me with the basting, but now I'm having a hard time getting the needle through the project and webbing. With clips like velcro it's easy to remove one item and place another to use the frame but velcro is a waste of money for me to buy special velcro for fabric. LOVE IT WITH CLAMPS! These clamps are smaller in length - about the width of a palm across 4 fingers when fingers closed, making them easier to grip than other companies where the clamp runs the full length of the shaft - difficult to complete a project to center and hold. long clip; It is difficult to attach and detach the full size clip. I bought a frame to try with the smaller clamps and I really liked it so I just bought a set of 3 size bars and 2 pairs of extensions! The set is worth the money!
