As many one star reviewers have pointed out, for some people the bag smells awful. I went to a St. Patty's Day party the day I got it and thought it smelled absolutely horrible. I described it as death, but that's not quite right. This is a very strong false odor. I got everyone at the party to smell it because we thought it was funny and I was blown away by the different reactions. Two other people agreed with me about the awful smell and the rest reacted differently. Some thought it smelled like a new car. So it seems to depend on your sense of smell. It's been a week and the bag doesn't smell that bad to me anymore. The rest looks like the picture. I wish the strap was a little longer and I'm only 5ft 2in tall; does not go on the hip. It's not surprising but it's a $10 bag so 3 stars for value.
