That really sucks. From day one the external speaker jack didn't work, I tried a few speakers to make sure. I'm pretty sure he isn't broadcasting either as I haven't been able to get any replies over the air. I was unable to contact customer service to replace the radio. Today, out of curiosity, I opened the case and found that there is significant corrosion and bridging between the connectors on the board. This radio is weatherproof and has only been in the sea a handful of times and is said to be waterproof. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new radio, would love to get in touch with someone from support to get it back!
