My kids played hard in the snow and they kept them warm and dry. This set was for my 6 year old. She is tall and wears a size 6/small. The bibs are a size 7 and slightly oversized allowing room to grow as I was hoping. They got stuck in their boots and we had no problem getting them wet and cold. We also did snow tubing and had no problems. The bibs have an extra pant leg that can be tucked into a boot with an elastic band to keep it from riding up. They have a thick zip in the front and the shoulder straps were thick and comfortable for my 6 year old.
