I like that BIAs helps me understand my customers better than any other tool, it's easy to use but powerful enough so you don't need training or support from anyone else in your organization - just launch! It would be helpful if they had more options when creating surveys as some of them are very limited (only one choice per question). The ability is there; we're still trying figure out how best utilize this product internally at work with our sales team members using different devices/time zones throughout US time zone vs Central Time Zone which has its own challenges too :) We've been able improve customer satisfaction rates by over 10% since implementing BiA into both internal & external channels within 1 year after implementation!!
