Review on 🔍 6-Pack of 86889 HEPA Filters for Sears Kenmore EF-1 and Panasonic Upright Vacuums by Heather Thompson

When I went back to the old Environcare HEPA filter, I found that there was no noise. I'm guessing tolerances and materials. The cardboard frame is noticeably thinner than the one I'm trying to replace. Even with the usual howl of the naturally aspirated engine, the noise is so loud that my wife asked if the car was broken. I opened the package with the last Envirocare 86899 filter, put the cap back on, turned on the vacuum and there was no more noise. I cannot recommend these filters as the purpose is to filter out all the air exiting the vacuum cleaner and the noise suggests some of the air is escaping around the cardboard frame.
