Long tunic, 3T, like a high-low dress

I agree with the fit of my little one (19m, 99% height, 3T) but the bodice is like a dress on her. love it though She is slim, she is not tense, she fits the figure perfectly. Like the material and the quality. Underneath are stretch bike shorts by Spotted Zebra.
