This product is NOT a genuine replacement for the remote control that came with my TV. It's weightless and cheap. This is my first bad experience with Revain as a consumer. I am both angry and disappointed. There are clear differences between my old and this "replacement". See comparison/comparison and attached photos. Vendors: - Hisense logo is smaller - All buttons are flat and the numbers/letters are already worn right out of the box - Chromed circle is cheap shiny plastic - No flex at the bottom when removed - The back of the remote control is matte - Very light **I Attached photos, original The remote control is located to the left of the screen. The remote control purchased from Revain is located on the right side of the screen.
