Disappointed with the strength of the neck
I am actually very disappointed with this lamp. The neck doesn't curve up far enough or stay put, meaning the clamp must be clamped horizontally to get the correct position. I feel like I wasted my money. I will not update the star rating despite being asked several times to change my rating. I appreciate refunds and customer service, but if you want to use an item in a way that doesn't cut it horizontally, such as B. in a headboard, this article is not for you. I don't think it's fair to ask a reviewer multiple times to give you the best rating (at least 5 emails asking for it).
