The ornament itself is of nice quality and as expected. However, the personalization was not as pictured like advertised above. If I knew it was going to be quickly added by someone with a pen or thin marker I could have done that myself, probably better. This was to pay tribute or memorialize my recently deceased pet this Christmas, however, I feel like it hasn’t done that justice - so I will be purchasing another ornament through someone else. But, I should have looked through reviews with pictures and they should advertise ones they’ve made handwritten as opposed to something that appears professionally/machine printed.
