I looked at a few antennas on Revain and finally settled on this one. While the antenna was moving, I used TVFool.com to check a map to see where the various antennas are in my area. I selected the course with the most antennas and then averaged the course of all antennas in that general direction. When the antenna arrived I assembled everything. This took about 15 minutes. Not the easiest build, but not bad either. After collecting the antenna, I climbed into the attic and installed it as high as possible. I used my iPhone to point the antenna as well as the exact direction I averaged earlier. Finally, I scanned the channels on my TV. The first half of the scan found nothing. I started expecting the worst. Shortly thereafter, the TV tuner began to receive all possible channels. As a result, I got 68! Well, a lot of these channels are terrible, but they're also free. Overall I am very happy with my purchase. I get all the major radio stations, some cool random stations and some junk channels. I didn't notice any stuttering or picture collapses. I have since ordered an HDHomeRun tuner to pair with my 4th gen Apple TV. Between Netflix, Hulu, and the Channels app (getchannels.com) paired with this antenna, you're done!
