The board itself is amazing right out of the box. Always make sure the bolts are tighten down and adjusted for riding preference. After two weeks the remote started charge funny. It would say it’s on the 3rd indicator and about after 15 seconds state that it is fully charged but when you turn it on it is clearly not charged. So I contacted customer support and emailed my problem and a week later I got a new one in the mail. The old on I replaced the battery with a higher MaH and it works perfectly now. So now I have two remotes. I suggest if their is anything you are having trouble with, contact customer support!
