I gave my cat one when I got home from work two days in a row and they really seemed to ease his anxiety. About a week ago, my cat suddenly jumped up in the air right next to me on the couch and started avoiding the entire area of the living room where the couch was. I don't know exactly what scared him, but he hid in the basement for a while and then got really nervous for a week. I bought them in desperation to help him get back to normal. I know it's not my imagination that he's calmer. Two hours after eating one tonight, he was sitting in the same spot on the couch looking more content than stressed. He also played more in the two days he took them. I'm hoping to lower the dose after a week or so and have it on hand in case he has a startle problem again.
