I used it to charge and repair my car battery which was no longer able to hold a charge after just a year of use. To be honest, I only drive my car once or twice a week. Actually I wanted to send the battery back because it was still under warranty. I bought this charger/impulse repair to charge my lawn tractor battery because my old charger gave up the ghost. I decided to try it on my car battery in repair mode and charge mode. To my surprise, he completely repaired my car battery and now it lasts again. I haven't had any problems with this battery for the last 4 weeks. I highly recommend this product.
