I was a bit apprehensive about buying this inverter as I had never heard of this brand before and didn't know if they had after sales service like some electronics here on Amazon . I'm glad I bought this inverter and I'm impressed with the customer service that responds quickly even on weekends and bank holidays. It is impressive. I bought this inverter for my small solar system to power my fans in my mini greenhouse. I use it every day and have had no problems with it. It runs cool and only heats up when I add a large load, e.g. B. 300 W or more. I used an older AGM battery and didn't want to ruin my battery. I'm sure once I get over that and buy more batteries I'll see if it can handle 2000 watts. At the moment it was great. Test this out by using my 11.2 channel surround sound system, 75" 4k TV, 180w five channel amplifier and a Denon 9.2 receiver with two large 12" subwoofers, a large fan and a 12 inch fan in my greenhouse and my large fridge run my kitchen all at the same time for half an hour and the inverter has never failed and neither have my electronics. I am very satisfied with this inverter and customer service. I hope it will serve me for many years. I would highly recommend this inverter to anyone.
