They fit my regular glasses perfectly and are a lot cheaper than paying for my prescription blue tint film. I work full time on the computer and have not had a headache since putting it on. They fit snugly around your head until you get a chance to stretch them out. I have a hard time wearing them because my call center has over-ear noise-cancelling headphones, but I found I could tilt the glasses to fit them. over my headphones and rest on my frames so they don't squeeze my head too much and still provide good coverage to do what they're supposed to do.
