Great product and great support services

I like that they have very detailed policies, procedures to ensure quality testing through their team as well as customer service department in case there are any issues with your project or you need help outside normal business hours - which can be quite late sometimes due to time difference differences when working from across different countries! The only thing so far i dislike about them has been some minor glitches but nothing major at this point yet we've got our own full staff dedicated for it now anyway :) Really simple way to document all processes/policies clearly without having multiple files going back & forth between people who do not know each other's names by default because its an online platform hence no ability to reference previous conversations if needed. We're automating manual tasking using scripts written specifically tailored towards specific tests required along automated test cases built internally within qastaging system itself plus additional customizations where.

  • Support ticket tracking feature is super useful too especially during times such holidays around Christmas etc
