The ability to keep track with all our marketing campaigns through one place helps us tremendously in making decisions for future projects, as well has giving accurate reporting back! QA Studio is very good and easy to use. The support is excellent. It is very easy to navigate through the software. I liked the fact that you can create your own custom tests and then share them with other members of the product team. I like that they have very detailed policies, procedures to ensure quality testing through their team as well as customer service department in case there are any issues with your project or you need help outside normal business hours - which can be quite late sometimes due to time difference differences when working from across different countries!
