I originally ordered the XXL model for my office. I was delighted with the quality and feel of the mouse pad. Then I realized I should have taken the largest size or XXXL. So I immediately ordered the largest model they made. When it arrived, I gave the smaller size to a colleague and anxiously completed my desktop with the new XXXL Ktrio extended gaming mouse pad. However, I did notice slight imperfections, almost like creases, on both sides of the pad. These wrinkles didn't impact performance, but were somewhat annoying and minimally frustrating. I was expecting the same high quality smooth finish as the first one I ordered. Ktrio sent me an email asking if there was anything wrong with the product. I didn't want to mess with them because performance wasn't impacted and the queues were just a mild distraction. However, I explained the situation and the service representative immediately offered to send me a replacement and said they would keep the old one. I understand that this is just a cheap mouse pad and that small businesses need all the 5 star reviews they can get. However, I really didn't expect a replacement to be offered and shipped so quickly. I appreciate that Ktrio stands behind their products. The new pad arrived today and it's just as perfect as the first one. I am very comfortable. Since they told me to just leave the faulty one behind, someone in my office gets an almost unused XXXL mouse pad for their computer enjoyment. I recommend these mouse pads and this company.
