Big for a One Size Item
So. this thing is pretty huge for a "one size" item. The picture is my petite step-son it was intended for. This onsie swallows him whole right now and will fit him for the rest of his life. (Lol) For better reference, my size 2X husband was able to put it on with some room to spare.
