Works well, but take it off the machine when you're done!

Much quieter than regular tires and nice that I don't wear out the tread on my real road tires prematurely. Make sure to unplug the trainer after you're done. I have left mine on for about an hour after my ride and there was some yellow dirt on the sneakers that I had to scrape off.
