FAN LOUD! Volume adjustable
Fan is LOUD! I have a 1 year old Lenovo with similar specs that compares very well to this laptop. Performance seems okay, but I'm not sure I'll keep it up due to the loud fan noise. Addendum: since there are no paper instructions, everything is trial and error (of course there is something like that on the internet, but too lazy). Found you can control the fan which is nice. Hope it doesn't get too hot. There's a great looking system manager that I think tracks CPU usage and temperature. Has gone from one star to three.
