Very happy with this L-Citrulline

I use this L-Citrulline in my muscle recovery shake. I first used it alone to evaluate its effectiveness. Check! It's efficient! Each of the muscle recovery supplements I use have been tested for effectiveness in the same way before using them in combination. This product helped change my life! Before taking this product I had problems with exercise intolerance and muscle recovery. Sometimes I'm too active due to the constant work on my property and of course I still want to go to the gym and lift weights. However, because I was active in my area every day and had problems with muscle recovery, I only went to the gym for strength training once or twice a week. I also have a treadmill and kettlebells at home, but I typically only use my treadmill a few days a week for a 30-minute walk/light jog with light weights. When I lift weights, I target quads, hamstrings, glutes, abs, all three heads of delts, biceps, triads, alternating chest and back. I'm a woman who lifts medium to heavy weights. If I didn't do other heavy physical activity on a weekly or daily basis, I would spend 5-6 days in the gym focusing on just a few body parts in each session, but I don't. My ideal for all other physical activity would be in the gym 3 days a week, but my body just couldn't handle it. The pain started 24 hours after going to the gym. It would be deep muscle pain and stiffness almost from head to toe. It takes 3-4 days for this pain to go away. There were times when the pain was so bad it was a 7 out of 10. Now everything has changed now that I started using this muscle building product! This product has completely changed my life! I've been buying L-citrulline malate 2:1 (2 parts L-citrulline to 1 part malic acid) for a while now and it's worked great. Then I remembered I had an unopened 2 pound bag of malic acid powder that I bought elsewhere. I bought this pure L-Citrulline powder now mix it with malic acid. I tested this blend myself to see if it would help my muscle recovery and I got the same result as buying L-Citrulline Malate 2:1 pre-blended.
