Review on 🔊 Fusion Entertainment MS-RA70: Premium Marine Entertainment System with Bluetooth Connectivity by Jeff Payne

Here is my email to Fusion support: I have 2 sets of speakers: Zone 1 - Main Cabin, Zone 2 - Flybridge. Both the left and right sides of Zone 2 work great when connected to either set of speakers. The issue is related to Zone 1. The left zone of Zone 1 loses connection when the wire harness is moved, causing the speaker to fail. Zone 1 on the right doesn't work at all, I can't get any sound out of this cable. The problem is the wiring harness, because when I connect the main cabin speakers to the Zone 2 wires, they work fine. When I connect zone 1 to the flybridge speakers I get the same results: the right one doesn't work and the left one turns off/on. Can I get a new harness? - No. Two options were offered: return the entire unit and get a replacement, or buy a new wiring harness. So now I don't have $25 to buy/send a new harness. It's disappointing that a product of this quality (the music is just great) has such poor bindings and even worse tech support. The support person was very polite and efficient.
