I recently added these to my setup when I needed to buy a new AV Receiver. Too bad I added them earlier. Installation requires a small flathead screwdriver and was easy to do. The forks are color coded to make it easy to tell left from right. Once I've secured the speaker wire to the connector with set screws, it's almost impossible to get them out. Very solid. I read a review where someone with a receiver of the same brand as mine had trouble inserting the plugs into the jacks. I have not experienced this. They require minimal effort to connect, although the connection is solid (which I think is a good thing). Really high quality product. I plan to order more to use at the end of the speaker wire.
