Review on Seachem Matrix Carbon 2L by Christine Eads

I've only been in the hobby for about three years. In that short time I have used dozens of different aquarium filter products. Some of them are excellent and some not so much. Of all these products, I can say that the Matrix Carbon consistently exceeds my expectations. With minimal impact on pH, Matrix Carbon ensures crystal clear water in my aquarium. I often combine it with Seachem Purigen Resin for an extra layer of chemical filtration and the cleanest water in my home aquarium. For the past year I've used Matrix Carbon in a sump system and two canister filters, replacing the media about every 5-6 weeks. All I can say is that the before and after results are amazing. Highly recommended!
