I bought it thinking it would make the rubber slippery so the latch opens and closes better. To my surprise, he did the exact opposite, making the rubber so that it would slide on the sides of the breech and my breech would jump and jerk when opening and closing. I've read on some forums that other people had the same problem after using a similar product so I've now figured out how to remove the rubber sliding seals and get the rubber to slide again. A return has been initiated to return this item. I thought I was doing a good deed to keep my new camper running but only added more work and problems.
