pretty dark blue. But that's where it all ends. Wash the towels, they looked like they were used by a couple. Then, after they were washed, they had loose threads and lines that were pulling the threads. My husband now uses them for oil and size. Bought 2 sets. When I went out I bought some local towels which are very nice. my advice. If you need oily rags for the shop, buy them. If not, save your money.
