Overall a great purchase. I kept refilling.

All in all a great purchase. I keep reading the descriptions and reviews of the supplement to my emergency kit. The buttons are spaced apart and large enough to be easily operated. The display is readable and illuminated 5 seconds after the button is pressed, always off or always on. The battery level indicator flashes when charging either from the beginning or with solar energy. The LED also indicates that the device is charging. The handle is easy to use, not as small as a hamster cage but feels solid enough when not abused. sunset to sunset). The FM range was very clear and the sound quality was good. On AM, the reception is of lower quality, but sufficient for information and basic listening. The WX band became clear after slightly tuning the antenna on some frequencies. (7 frequencies) The antenna itself is easy to bend, but is fine with normal care. The flashlight is quite bright even on a low setting. The blinking mode is a little trick, but okay. Dog whistle - the icon appears when the whistle is activated, I have to see if the neighbor's dog goes mad if I try again! The cable that came with it doesn't fit my phone, but it does fit my Kindle and charges this device. . The cord is also neatly coiled and fits where the AA batteries are. The case is of course made of plastic, but that's not a pity. It's not waterproof, but put it in the zip lock if you expect water to get in. The handle at the end is a good idea.
